HealthAngels mobile application

Due to misinformation in the health sector and the lack of a regional digital fundraising platform, we created the HealthAngels mobile application (prototype) that will be used by users, especially youths within Ugandan, interested in health to;

1. Raise awareness about healthcare and health within the country. For example, one may raise awareness or report or rate (on a scale of 1-5 stars) a health service or product provided within the country, or raise awareness or report about a health-related issue like corruption, floods or a pandemic like Ebola,

2. Hold online telecommunications including mobile visits, consultations, meetings and conferences, among others, and finally

3. Fundraise for their health initiatives.

At this stage, this mobile application has impacted at least 1000 people.
